Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Work Location: Home based
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager(RSM) is the primary contact window between the internal team and the customer in your territory, he or she should be effectively sales-driven, proactive and aggressive to explore new clients and business opportunities, ensuring a seamless customer experience and intensive market development aligned to the company vision.
Job Description
l Hunt, identify and develop new customers/applications for Software Services and FOTA function cooperation on Smart Devices. Seek technical cooperation with local brands, telecom carriers, agents of Smart Devices (Mobile phones, Tablets, IoT, Smart Home, Smart Medical, etc);
l Collect market intelligence and share with internal teams; Competitor analysis;
l Attend local trade show and/or seminar to explore business opportunities;
l Coordinate global projects development by working closely with internal technical team and business development team;
l Execute marketing events and programs and get back result according to the marketing plan;
l Responsible for clients on-site service and follow-up, account management, sales/business contract management;
l Fulfill other related work tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
l Have track record of developing new sales and/or growing current sales, experience in mining new customers/partners.
l Bachelor degree or above. Familiar with telecommunication industry and experience in software services
l Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Mandarin is preferred.
l 5 years or above working experience as sales or market development, preferred in Smart Devices industry.
l Result driven, Self-motivated, Proactive, Open-minded, willing to travel frequently.
The candidate must have the self-motivation and ability to reach out to identify and win business as well as manage current clients.
This role is varied, you can also go with our strategic partners or develop your own agents in your territories to win larger market.
Full-time job. Monday to Friday.

要求:
1有开发新的销售记录和/或当前的销售增长,挖掘新客户/合作伙伴的经验。
2学士学位或以上。熟悉电信行业,有软件服务经验.
3良好的英文书面和口头交流。普通话是首选。
4.5年或以上工作经验作为销售或市场开发,智能设备行业的首选.
5 有上进心,积极主动,开明,愿意经常出差。
