工作描述

1. Implement inspection according to Inspection Plan for the components from suppliers.

   按检验计划完成供应商零件检验

2. Finish the inspection record list and inform Logistic Engineer and Supply Chain about the result in time.

   完成检验记录登记，检验放行结果及时通知物流及供应链

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and calibration of measuring tools

   负责日常量具的维护和校验

4. Finish the inspection for first article and Engineering prototype

   完成零件首样和工程部试样检验

5. Coordinate with Third testing organization for material testing

   协调联系第三方检测机构进行材料测试

6. Set up CMM program or revise it according to project need, methodology requirement，and use HV, HB hardness tester to test the hardness of the material

   根据检验项目要求编制3坐标检测程序，运用HV,HB仪器测试零件硬度

7. Supplier audit and vendor quality improvement project.

供应商评审及供应商质量改进项目

8. Other duties assigned by supplier quality supervisor.

Professional skills and abilities:

职业技能要求

1. Be familiar with OFFICE software;

   熟练使用办公软件

2. Be able to read and write in English，read drawings British system

   具备英语读写能力，能否看懂英制图纸

3. Familiar with caliper, projector, micrometer, roughness/profile meter, ZEISS CMM, HV hardness meter, and other quality instruments.

   熟悉卡尺，投影仪，千分尺，粗糙度仪，蔡司三坐标，韦氏硬度仪等检验器具

4. College degree or above；

   大专以上学历（含大专）

5. Minimum 2 years working experience in QC inspection，Familiar with electrical equipment inspection is preferred

具备2年以上检验工作经验，熟悉电器设备者优先。
