Overview:

THIS IS A FUN JOB FOR A FUN PERSON!

This is NOT a typical Human Resources position. We are looking for someone to create buzz through marketing the naked as the preferred organization to work for; to tell the story of this exciting lifestyle company. As a Talent Communications Specialist, you serve as an integral component of the Human Resources function by leading the initiatives of internal human resources communications and presenting the employer branding by external human resources marketing. Specifically, the Talent Communications Specialist will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Core Responsibilities:

1. Internal talent Communications

Internal responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

? Produce internal announcements and news.

? Tailor internal communications to reflect naked brand and naked DNA.

? Fulfill aspects of HR internal communication such as employee biographies.

? Ensure that benefits and services offered by naked are communicated consistently and accurately to naked People.

? Update naked People with the industry development and company matters internally.

? Report on naked People internally using a fun way.

? Support HR department in other communications duties.

2. External talent Marketing & Employer branding

External responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

? Create and deliver attractive job opening posts that reflect the naked brand.

? Promote job opportunities online through social media sites (i.e. Weibo and LinkedIn).

? Produce announcements on WeChat and communicate with followers regularly.

Core Competencies & Technical Knowledge/skills:

? Excellent and fun communication skills

? Demonstrated ability to develop interpersonal relationships

? Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

? Passionate with social media skills
