Responsibility：

·         You create and publish relevant content through our marketing and sales channels. You will actively work to increase the company's content library online and offline.

·         Analyse prospect and customer behaviour, create and implement strategic marketing campaigns towards our target audience (Nordic companies), measure and report to management. Keep accurate and timely record of all costs for campaigns to ensure that campaigns stay within budget.

·         Familiar with B2B inbound marketing, work closely with Sales for lead generation. 

·         Manage both digital marketing channels in China, such as Website, Social media and SEO as well as other digital marketing channels used in Europe.

·         Manage and promote the usage of the CRM system, ensure all leads are tracked and the CRM data is updated.

·         Managing marketing events and speaking opportunities in all applicable markets, reporting post event analysis.

·         Maintaining and developing relationships with external partners.

Requirement：

·         Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies online and offline to meet company objectives.

·         B2B digital marketing experience including social media and SEO.

·         You are self-motivated, creative and get things done. You are structured both as a person and at work and have a business-oriented and customer-oriented approach to everything you do.

·         Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners in the Chinese market

·         Demonstrated experience managing and influencing internal teams and external partners.

·         Strong communication, interpersonal and conceptual thinking skills.

·         Good computer skills, especially in PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop and have good knowledge of presentation techniques and rhetoric.

·         You master English in speech and writing.

·         Knowledge of business and the consulting industry is a bonus.
