职位描述

1.Annual Recruiting Plan and controlling (15%)    

–Conducting the annual  recruiting plan, according the annual company HR Plan.    
–Develop, manage and evaluate recruitment channels;    
–Control of recruitment budget, evaluate the efficiency of recruitment channels.    
2.Team management (25%)    
–Including but not limited in recruiting, training, coaching of team members;    
–Performance management.    
3.Recruitment management (40%)    
–Ensure the manpower needing of departments can be met;    
–Allocation, tracking and control of recruiting cases;    
–In charge of recruiting cases of supervisor level or above, or other cases assigned.    
4.Develop and improve recruitment processes (10%)    
–Be owner of related management rules and documents;    
–Management of Job Description.    
5.Providing weekly/monthly/annual analysis and report about recruiting (10%).
