We’re looking for an enthusiatic and energetic Sales Associate for LBR Stores, this role will help building the platforme for customer experience in LEGO Retail in China.

Your tasks will include:

Customer Service

· You will provide every customer with a warm welcome and exceed all expectations at every opportunity, interacting with the children, establishing needs, offering features and benefits and successfully closing the sale

你将为每一位客户提供热情的欢迎，与孩子们互动，满足客户的需求，了解各个商品的特点和优势，并成功完成销售

· The individual will deal with customer issues when they arise and escalate any difficult situation to the line manager

独立解决顾客提出的各种问题，任何困难及时提交上级处理

· The Sales Assosciate will collaborate with the other Sales Associates in order to provide the best possible service standards to all guest in the LEGO Brand Retail Store

店铺销售之间共同合作，最大限度地为乐高品牌零售店的顾客提供最优秀的服务

· If required, perform all cash register functions

Store Procedures:

店铺流程管理

· You will follow money handling procedures as per the guidelines and instructions provided by your line manager

你将遵循上级提供的指导方针严格执行现金管理流程

· The Sales Associate will comply with Health & Safety standards at all times in the store

店铺销售在店内将始终遵守健康与安全的标准

· Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing all daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards

通过日常清洁的执行、店铺陈列的维护和乐高品牌零售陈列标准的学习实行，提供一个干净、安全、视觉丰富的店铺环境

Stock Management:

库存管理

· When requested to do so by the line manager, the Sales Associate will contribute to the good organization of the stockroom at all times and ensure that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor

店铺销售将根据上级的要求时刻保持仓库的有序整洁，并确保所有可售商品在货架中陈列

You must have:

你必须具备：

· High School and above

高中及以上的学历

· Some experience in retail would be an advantage

有零售相关经验优先

· Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills are required

有良好的组织能力，口头与书面表达的能力

· Must be outgoing and enthusiastic

性格外向、热情

· Must be able to work flexible hours

能够接受灵活的工作时间

· English Language skills are beneficial but not required
