General Job Description:
In this position, you will support the Area Managers and the General Manager by coordinating quotations, order bookings, deliveries, manufacturing, system integration, and mold trials. As with all Regional team members, the Project Engineers are responsible for 100% customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability:
Interface with customers to support the sales efforts of the operation;
Supply customers with updated reports on production commitments and project performance, provide quotations and answers to technical questions;
Assist with after sales follow-ups to ensure the customer’s specifications are met.
Coordinate engineering and sales group;
Provide daily direction for projects to ensure operational objectives are achieved;
Coordinate order bookings, deliveries, manufacturing, system integrations, and mold trails;
Give presentations to management, which provide updates about the status and justification of systems projects;
Participate in special projects as assigned by the General Manager, such as planning and coordinate Technical Symposiums, Open Houses, market research, etc.;
Work in projects with Manufacturing Engineers and Field Sales in order to obtain orders;
Work with suppliers for the integration and support of systems projects


Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent knowledge and application of injection molding technology (molds and machines).
Strong analytical and decision making skills;
Strong technical aptitude;
Strong commercial aptitude;
Demonstrated project management and supervisory skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Qualifications:
Education: Engineering degree/diploma.
Related Experience:
2 to 3 years practical experience in an injection molding environment;
Ideally 2 to 3 years sales experience;
Experience with Microsoft Office Software.
