Provide subject matter expertise and consulting to HR and business leaders related to client's
business growth plan and organizational change, facilitating their practical leadership in defining
and executing change initiatives.

Serve as coach to client's HR and business leaders related to organizational development - human
capital strategy, organizational structure, workflow design, performance enhancement and
individual/group development.

工作流程设计,绩效提升以及个人/团队发展
Serve as the project manager for the line of business, using internal resource, working with
client's leadership and HR professional to identify, anticipate and address issues and
opportunities related to talent performance within the groups in order to support the
accomplishment of their business objectives.
作为客户对接人和项目经理,利用内部资源,与客户 HR 及领导层共同识别,预测,定位组
织中的人才表现,以确保业务目标的落实
Support/Lead the planning and implementation of one or more active talent management
initiatives for clients, including:

Serve as coach/mentor to client's executive, managers, HR and OD staff in their personal
development.

As the internal field expect to initiate or improve standardized product and solution based on
marketing trends.

Requirements:
At least 5 years organizational and talent development experience or related management
consulting experience.
至少 5 年组织与人才发展经验,或者拥有相关管理咨询经验
Self-motivated and quick learner, proactive, team co-active

Ability to work under high pressure
