• Work closely with an experienced Consultant to successfully fulfill talent search
• Build up lists of target companies and candidates according to job JDs and requirements from clients
• Screen candidates to understand their background and motivations
• Writing candidate resume report
• Support Consultant in arranging telephone and face to face interviews
• Actively network with candidates and potential candidates
• Other tasks explained by the superior.

• Bachelor degree or above, good English skills in speaking and writing 
• PC skills, MS office and etc. 
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, self-directed and under pressure 
• Strong team working ability
