. Reconcile Store's tendor with daily sales report and bank receipt with SAP tendor records.

2. Prepare Receipt Vouchers in SAP; Clear all transitory accounts in SAP to show any balance open at month end or year end is due only to timely differences

3. Check account statements issued by landlord and ensure all expense align with the agreement

4. Issue VAT invoice to WHL client and landlord; Prepare account statement to WHL client; Prepare the monthly analysis for Warning on Long overdue Balance for customer

5. Book store expense in SAP according to landlord account statement and store expense claim form

6. Assist in preparing the PJ1, PJ2 & Budget Files to Management

7. Create Fixed Asset Code; Book store re-instatement fee in Capex mode in SAP; Be responsible for fixed assets setup, transfer, adjustments and disposal in the finance system; Maintain fixed assets  master data to ensure the proper depreciation.

8. Assist with accounting manager on new stores Capex control table.
