岗位职责：

1、在浙江生产基地的总经理领导下，认真组织贯彻执行公司的方针、政策、战略思想及各项管理规章制度。负责制定本部门的管理制度，划分岗位职责进行定员定编；负责本部门的日常管理，圆满完成公司下达的各项任务。

2、负责本部门对工程项目施工全过程的组织、监督管理，加强对工程项目部和施工队伍的组织管理及与各相关部门的协调配合，从而实现对工程的有效管理和控制。

3.负责组织公司工程施工管理，对项目进度、质量、成本、安全进行控制。

4.负责组织项目开工前得到手续办理和施工准备工作。

5.组织或参与总包、分包、监理单位的招投标。

6.对所有工程建设进度、质量、成本、安全负责。指导项目的实施，监督检查项目完成的进度和工程质量。

7.预算管理工作。

8.主持对项目组的考核和评价

任职资格：

1、大学本科及以上学历，机械、电气、土木工程等相关专业

2、5年以上化工或冶金制造型企业工程管理工作经验

3、持国际一级或二级建造师证书优先考虑

7. Budget management work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, etc.

2. More than 5 years experience in engineering management of chemical or metallurgical manufacturing enterprises

3. Give Priority to those who holds an international first- or second-level constructor certificate.
