Job Title: E Commence Manager, China

Report to: B to C Director, APAC

Main Responsiblity:

Grow up e commence business of multi brand with current distributors, improve brands awareness online, set up the realizable sales strategy and implement in China.

- Responsible for e commence business strategy for multi brand,make sure it is align with the whole business plan in China
- Develop and enhance online brands awareness with distributors by product promotion or other related sales program
- Develop the marketing and demand creation plan to drive traffic to enlarge the sales volume
- Work with e commence distributors to define the product, promotion, also website and follow up process to increasing the purchase and repurchase
- Explore and maintain new etail channels, such as mobile interaction, online membership promotion etc
- Partner with Business Manager of all brands and Marcom Manager for business development in etail channel.
- Close alignment with global operation team, to update the web page of multi brand in China, also enhance and encourage the purchase on platform of e commence.
- Analyze results and develop improvement plans
- Other tasks assigned by manager

Needed competencies:

- Understanding of internet technological capabilities and web marketing, including best practices
- Relevant knowledge and experience of e-commence, such as related website, media, also process etc
- Good communication skill, analytical skill, also management skill
- Self driven, good English in oral and written

Education:

Bachelor degree or above

Needed working experience:

- At least 5 years working experience in e commence related function in retail, FMCG, sport industry, 3 years' management experience is a plus
