We are seeking a full-time “jack of all trades” designer to assist with the branding of an exciting, new e-commerce website and mobile app. The ideal candidate will have experience creating a variety of assets, including (but not limited to) logos, wireframes, web design and branding. Most importantly, this individual needs to ensure all of these components of the brand work together to create an appealing user experience.
The main objective for this role is to help create a visual identity that has appeal across both Asian and western markets. These markets have very different sensibilities, and this position will need to have a deep understanding of both to be successful. Extensive collaboration with the brand marketing team (based in the US) will be critical to achieving this objective.


Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a visual designer with a strong understanding of how to create a consistent look and feel to websites and mobile apps.
- A diverse design portfolio that showcases creative talent across various types of mediums
- Strong layout design and typography skills, with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of how the top tech companies in the US have built their consumer-facing brand identities
- Be a resourceful and resilient self-starter in an environment where initiative, innovation and collaboration are required.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent English speaker, and has ideally spent time living in the US or Europe

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Sketch, InVision and Zeppelin software programs
- Experience creating social media campaign assets (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Experience designing email campaign templates
- Experience shooting photography & video
