Professional Experience & Education

1. Degree in the related specialty of university and college

2. 2 years experiences on Support area

3. Experience in IT infrastructure area

4. Good knowledge of customer service

Specific skills & Knowledge (Ex: Language, IT skills)

1. Good written and spoken English

2. Well-known user requirement, skills and good team work

3. Good communication skills and patience
