Title of Position: Testing Supervisor

Department: HVAC Design department

Report to: HVAC Manager

Location: Office

Job Purpose and Scope:

Plan, prepare and perform all testing activities.

KPI setting for testing team

Communicate with customers

Monthly report to HVAC manager

Key Responsibilities (Please list details):

1. Reading and understanding the project technical specification

2. Test Plan and test organization including internal tests, third part tests and tests at customer side

3. Testing equipments, special toolings and special jigs maintenance and preparison

4. Test implementation

5. Testing result analysis

6. Test report

7. Attend project reviews during development phase

8. Assist Design, Process Engineering & Purchasing Offices with all testing activities, validations…

Work Experience Requirements:

1. 3+ working experience in the field of HVAC testing;

2. Good command of computer skills;

3. English communication skills.

4. Creative, imaginative and practical sense

5. Good sense of organization

6. Good reporting

7. Seriousness, autonomy

8. Good behavior and communication skills, work closely with other departments

Education Requirements:

Bachelor or higher education majored in HVAC
