Job Description

Main responsibility is to enable Consultant to accomplish their duties to improve effectiveness & efficiency for franchisee workshop customers by

? Understanding the workshop business model, competitive environment and consulting needs

? Defining consultant standard visit process and working load management

? Implementing strategy and commercial policy to franchise network through consultant

? Managing Workshop operation diagnosis method and tools

? Developing modular working package for consultant including Traffic, Customer relationship management, Target and benefit management, Standard Service process and management…

? Developing SOP and training module for touch points of franchise workshop to serve car driver customer

? Best practice collection and sharing

? Cooperating with the service implementation team and monitoring the consultant working method implementation

? Defining consultant training structure and content including initial training and enhancement training

? Facilitate effective technical support to franchise workshops

Qualifications

1.？？？？？？ More than 5 year experience in automotive aftermarket business

2.？？？？？？ More than 3 year experience in franchise business

3.？？？？？？ Rich experience in Workshops operation or consulting

4.？？？？？？ Good Communication skill

5.？？？？？？ Project management experience

6.？？？？？？ Product/Service management experience is a plus

7.？？？？？？ Logical and structured working style

8.？？？？？？ Able to deliver with can-do attitude

9.？？？？？？ Fluent English is a plus
