The Power Tools division of the Bosch Group is one of the world’s leading providers for power tools, power tool accessories and measuring tools. In 2017, its roughly 20,000 associates generated sales of 5 billion Euros with brands such as Bosch and Dremel.

Job Description

Fixing Purpose Team member: First line of contact for Battery and charger segment

Job responsibility:

  • Proactive participation on overall Purpose team responsibility and tasks:

    • Focus on creating the value for the business

    • Translation of user stories into tasks and solutions

    • Deliver committed increment per sprint

    • Take mutual responsibilities for commitment and self-organization

    • Continuous improvement of team performance

    • Early involvement of the Execution Team to have a common understanding and agreement on the target

    • Strong communication and personal involvement with BE(Blue Emerging Marketing) regional sales offices

    • Involvement of Excellence Functions if additional competencies are required

  • Focus on product segment of battery and chargers and acting first line of contact for sales regions and external stakeholders.

  • Creation of the battery and charger strategy and its alignment with all BE Business teams that are utilizing Bosch battery platform

  • Support of the regional sales organizations with the segment overall direction, product launches and discontinuations planning and additional launch releases

  • Segment presentation and battery and charger trainings provided to BE associates and sales organizations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering related major, Master is preferred

  • Extensive English usage as the working language in an international team

  • High level of analytical skills and ability to work with large Excel data files.

  • T-shape talent with width of knowledge to drive a broad understanding across functions (both technical and commercial), and depth to ensure quality and professional technical solutions

  • Keen to know new technologies. Demonstrate strong curiosity and creativity.

  • Be able to explain complex technical topics with simple language and presentations tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to build strong links to counterparts in Bosch Power Tools HQ in Germany

  • Enthusiasm to work as a team in an agile framework.
