Job Description

Location: Shanghai Jiading

? Responsible for overall product failure rate improvement, product KPI analysis

? Responsible for Quality management team, performance appraisal and department budget
? Make regularly process confirmation for process standardization
? Follow up implemented measures in 8D-reports, FMEA, and other quality tools
? Introduce and monitor status of Quality activities or Q-basic principle in plant.
? Ensure GB/Plant quality strategy, TT Quality Guidelines & Standards introduction and verification in department and in plant
? Customer complaint handling, coordinate with team, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action.
? Coordinate cross-functional departments related quality improvement in plant
? Tracking and Verifying Block/Unblock process, effectiveness, results
? Maintain Quality management system ISO9001 etc.; coordinate with team for regular internal and external quality system audit activity．

? Manage quality related communication and escalation with overseas department and senior management.

Qualifications

? University Degree, major in mechanical or electrical.
? More than 5 years working experience in a manufacturing industry as Quality manager
? Not less than 2 years people management skill.
? Strong quality mindset and knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D; familiar with ISO9001 preferable in household appliance industry field, control plan, problem solving

? Active, Quick learning, good command of English communication and organization skills

? Able to lead large teams and act as a leader and innovation enabler
