Job Description

1.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ Keep learning the latest technology and advanced field service tools to solve customer problem on-site with your own rich field servcie experience;

不断学习博世力士乐最新液压技术、掌握博世力士乐先进的现场服务工具，运用自已丰富的现场服务经验，解决客户现场各种杂复的液压技术问题;

2.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ Field service trouble shooting: Familiar with Bosch Rexroth hydraulic components and system principle, investigate customer's on-site condition; record the key parameters by field service tool with comprehensive fault diagnosis plan; confirm the operation status of components and equipment; and then find out the root cause of failure. Provide solutions and detailed on-site service reports; tracking with the warranty improvement process, prevent the same failure happen again;

熟悉博世力士乐液压元件与系统原理，调查客户的使用条件和状况，制定周全的故障诊断方案，运用博世力士乐先进的现场检测工具，测量和记录有效的各项运行参数，确定元件及设备的运行状态，寻找分析出故障的根本原因。提供完善的解决方案及详尽的现场服务报告，跟综质保改进进程，从源头上防止故障的再次发生;

3.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ International Field Service: follow up the international field service and provide the English report when finish the field service;

跟进博世力士乐各国委托中国的现场服务项目（用英语），完成现场服务工作并提供英语版现场服务报告;

4.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ Bosch Rexroth new components and system commissioning: Familiar with the latest application of Bosch Rexroth hydraulic technology in mobile application, participate in the installation and commission of the new components/systems/applications on customer site, parameters optimization and provide the detailed report, guide after-sales service;

在博世力士乐新元件与系统现场调试方面：熟悉博世力士乐液压技术在工程机械设备上的最新应用，参与博世力士乐新元件、新系统、新应用在客户现场的安装调试、整机参数优化并形成详尽的调试报告，指导售后服务;

5.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ Workshop repair: good hand work ability, disassemble the failure parts with specialized tool, inspection, record, and failure root cause, and good inspection report;

在力士乐维修车间方面：具有规范的动手能力，能运用车间专用工具拆检力士乐液压故障元件，检查、记录零件状况，分析判断零件故障原因，形成拆检报告;

6.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ Rexroth service product promotion: good customer communication skill and the market insight, comprehend the customer request, familiar with the strength of the Bosch Rexroth products and the service, support the company service sales target.

在力士乐服务产品推广方面：具有良好的客户沟通技能及市场洞察力，熟知博世力士乐优势及服务强项及客户需求，完成公司的服务销售指标。?

Qualifications

1.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ Preferable mechatronic and hydraulic major，5 years’ hydraulic system design and commissioning experience in mobile application； ？

机电自动化和液压专业，具有五年以上工程机械液压系统设计与调试经验者可优先录取；

2.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ Willing to travel; good hand work ability; be able to fix complex problem in tough condition independently；

适应出差，较强的实际动手能力，能适应客户现场工作条件，安全地独立解决各类复杂问题；

3.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ Good team-work sense; good communicate sill with customers and colleagues；

良好的团队合作精神、客户沟通技能；

4.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ Good English skill, both in written and speaking. German as a plus.

英语写作和口语良好，懂德语者优先。
