Job Description

- Monitoring Bosch global data center network
- Monitoring Bosch global WAN/LAN/WLAN/Internet service (AP, AM, EMEA)
- Providing the first level and second level network incident management
- Providing the data center network configuration support
- Providing global network security ACL management
- Regular communication with network vendors and other global network team to improve service quality and resolve service open points
- 2-Shift working (morning shift, afternoon shift and normal day shift)

Qualifications

- University education, major in telecommunication/network/computer science
- 2+ years experiences in network administration and troubleshooting with WAN/LAN/WLAN/Firewall
- Working experience in an international company and team would be a plus
- Experienced in Cisco networking technology, CCNP certification or similar level network skill certification is required
- Experienced in ITIL process (Incident/Problem/Change... Management) is preferred
- Very good English language skills in reading/writing/comprehension
- Good communication skills, with openness
- Good quality mindset
