Job Description

Your contribution to something big

?？？？？？？？ Lead and develop your team to a high performance team

?？？？？？？？ Technical responsibility for controllers for air conditioning appliances

?？？？？？？？ Act as an exemplary manner in technical, process and soft skill areas

?？？？？？？？ Drive innovation and continuous improvement, on product side, but as well in methods

?？？？？？？？ Scouting for and evaluation of suppliers and their products

?？？？？？？？ Guide engineering on system interactions, hardware specification, SW development and testing of controls

?？？？？？？？ Design controls architecture and create solutions for HVAC appliances and systems

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

?？？？？？？？ Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or similar.

?？？？？？？？ Experience in leading people

?？？？？？？？ Strong know how on controls development including processes and tools, >2 years experience applied to HVAC products.

?？？？？？？？ Hands-on experience in Commercial HVAC systems design at the equipment level is valued

?？？？？？？？ Practical experience in SW and HW development methods and tools, e.g. FMEA, requirements engineering, etc.

?？？？？？？？ Good written and verbal communication skills in English (at least C1 level).

?？？？？？？？ Ability to work in an international team environment
