Job Description

Project Management Purchasing for Li-Ion battery projects :

1) Overall project coordination in CN to manage all activities related with the supplier
-Monitor the KPI (Resources, Time, Budget and Cost etc.)
-Identify major risks and define solutions related with supplier for safeguard of the Project
-Organize major discussions and review between Bosch and supplier (ENG. PUQ, PUR, PAC , PM, Log. Etc. ) and a certain inovlvement is necessary
-Set up and implement regular reporting at both Bosch and Supplier side
-Monitor and follow up the Change Status within the Project
-Facilitate communication and cooperation between supplier and Bosch BMS plant (if in CN)
- Support exporting business, coordinate with cross-functions
2) Various alignment within Project
-Regular alignment with project mgr. and product owner and technical supplier interface for overall project status, focus on suppliers activities
-Lead the alignment within CN cross functions basing on the overall project targets

Lead supplier enabling and development (with PUQ)：
- Actively identify the areas where need SE and SD
- Drive, prepare and implement supplier development concept and projects at Bosch and supplier side
- Monitor of SE and SD status and regular update, alignment and trouble shooting to ensure its implementation
- Shadow calculation support for Battery systems and Battery components

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master/Diploma degree in engineering or？ Business Administration or Supply Chain management？ (electrical engineering as a plus).
• 5-8 years of experience in project management,？ Supply Chain/Engineering/Technical Function; Experience in automotive industry preferred; Experience in multi-national companies preferred.
• Advanced experience in system development/supply chain or technical functions of LiB battery industry (hardware/software/BMS) not mandatory, but preferred.
• Project management and supplier management & enbaling/development, preferred in automotive industry
• Extensive technical competence/discernment for innovation topics, as well as technical product- and supplier management.
• Strategic thinking, structured working style, good presentation skills.
• Working methodology (e.g. analytical skills, deriving action plan, implementation/follow-up).
• Conviction assets and assertiveness, strong communication skills, competent occurence appearance.
• Experience in project management deirable but not mandatory.
• Wide technical knowledge and responsible readiness.
• Fluent oral and written English, further foreign language(s) beneficial.
• Willing to travel abroad or domestic.
