Job Description

The objective of the position is to support the business acquisition of ETAS’ MCD (measurement, calibration and diagnosis) solutions including presentations at the customer, system set-up，customizing engineering and after-sales support. The involved products are MCD tools for automotive ECUs (Electronic Control Unit).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

● Pre-sales: Lead/clarify customer requirements and prepare technical proposals based on ETAS products and services, strong business sense and good promotion skills.

● After-sales technical support and technical project management.

● Work as regional product manager takes responsibility of MCD products for promotion, engineering service, training, trouble shooting and so on.

● Engineering service based on customer’s request.

● Provide product and know-how training including on-site support to customer.

● Keep good relationship with existing and new customers, maintain and update customer profile in the responsible region.

● Keep continuous investigation on technical trends, customer new application and competitive landscape and report to management in a timely manner.

● Support and execute marketing plan and product promotion.

Qualifications

● More than 3 years Automotive Calibration or SW development experience or field application engineer.

● Technical support, sales or market development experience is preferred.

● University degree in a technical field related to embedded automotive engineering, computer science or telecommunication.

● Experience in V cycle development of ECU for automotive including system, SW development, calibration and verification.

● Strong business and market sense to define and promote products positon.

● Strong trouble shooting skills.

● Experience with Gasoline /Diesel Engine/ Transmission system. Chassis, Body or Hybrid control system is preferred.

● Excellent communication and analytical skills, able to give convincing presentations and maintain the relationship with customers.

● Able to work independently, employ customer-oriented strategic thinking to develop strategies how to approach the customer.

● Native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English language.

● Capability to integrate and work in a multinational team.

● Willingness to travel frequently within China.

● Willingness to communicate with customer to promote ETAS solution.
