Job Description

1. Be CVT belt application engineer for COEMs
2. Responsible for belt spec. discussion with customer, belt calculation & selection, review tech. details, generating external report and Technical Customer Information to customer, and support all belt application communication with leading plant.
3. Support new project acquisition with belt application specs investigation, and marketing promotion with belt knowledge.
4. Support CVT system team's design work with belt engineering competence
5. Close communication with headquarter in Europe.

Qualifications

1. Major in Automotive Engineering or Manufacturing, with Bachelor's degree, preferably with Master's degree.
2. Preferred >3 years of design engineering experience in automotive (component) industry, preferably related to transmissions. Fresh graduates with relevant experience and eagerness to learn are accepted.
3. Knowledge and experience with powertrain component or sub-assembly design + validation projects in OEM or automotive suppliers.
4. Willingness to travel within China and Overseas frequently and for longer term.
5. Good communication in English (spoken and written) and good understanding of Western culture.
6. Good team work, willingness to take challenges and responsibilities.
