一．设备/工艺 Equipment/Process

1. 新设备的选型，新设备/改进设备的放行 Define and release (new) production equipment

2. 生产线测试设备与产品生产工艺流程,工艺标准的制定和实施 Define and implement production standard/ process and testing equipment in production line

3. 根据生产线要求制定具体升级方案，及设备升级和改进 Upgrade and improve production equipment according to technical request

4. 生产现场工装夹具的设计和方案选定 Design and confirm jigs proposal

5. 负责与设备使用部门紧密合作Close cooperation with production department.

6. 按照博世要求，对新设备引入流程不断进行优化 Continuously improve NPI Process in line with BOSCH policy.

二．软件管理 SW Management

1. 生产设备的软件程序编写和管理（Lab View，VC,数据库等）Responsible for software programming and management on equipment.(LabVIEW, VC, Database etc.)

2. 根据产线要求，向供应商提出程序设计需求，确定解决方案According to technical requirements, discuss with suppliers and confirm upgrade solution for SW programing.

三．文件制定Documents check

1. 负责新进生产设备的（前期）技术文件制定Define and prepare document for (new ) equipment

2. 生产设备的夹具相关文件制定Define and prepare documents for jigs.

任职要求：

-Bachelor degree with computer science, electrical engineering, automation and other related professionals.

  -More than 5-yearexperience of new equipment development.  

-Familiar with VB knowledge, LabVIEW, VC, Database etc.

 -Good English in speaking and writing  

 -Strong service sense in  technology innovation and development.
