You work in our sales team and are in key position in ensuring our customer satisfaction. You are active communicator within our own team as well as towards the customers and you can communicate fluently in Mandarin and also in English with our overseas customers. You are open-minded and customer driven team player who is careful with the details.

  

  

Responsibilities

  

  

• Customer service, quotations, confirmations, delivery communication / follow-up // 日常客户服务，报价准备， 订单交期确认与跟踪

• Sales files management // 销售文档管理

• Solid ERP system Experience for order processing // ERP 订单处理系统经验

• Daily sales statistics, scala invoices// 日常的销售统计，scala系统开票

• Delivery following up including coordinating with production and logistics department// 订单发货的跟踪，包括与生产，物流各部门沟通

• Customer service for key accounts // 大客户的客户服务工作

• Freight arrangements, import - export // 进出口物流安排操作

• Internal communication with related departments // 内部与各相关部门沟通

• Participation in customer events // 参加相关销售活动

• Daily sales administrative work // 日常销售相关的行政事务

  Requirements

• Min. 5-7 year experience from related tasks // 至少5-7年销售助理相关经验

• Knowledge of import – export procedures is a must // 熟悉进出口业务流程

• Solid knowledge of ERP system // ERP 系统经验

• Responsible and independent working style // 独立工作能力

• Fluent Mandarin and minimum fluent written English skills // 英文交流能力

• Excellent team work skills // 团队协作精神
