2、有权跟踪和调整生产计划
Has the authority of instruction for following and adjusting the production plans. 3、保持合理的成品库存. Keep reasonable level of inventory of finished goods. 4、库存预警

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
－Prepare daily, weekly & monthly plans for production and inform team & department staff. Monitoring the implement of master production schedule. 制定日，周及月生产计划，并下发到班组. 并负责监控生产计划的执行情况. －Coordinate well with Sales department for product lead time. 与销售部紧密合作满足客户交期
－Collect daily information of actual production volume and making analysis. 收集生产数据并进行分析. －Host meeting of production forecast and taking follow up actions. 主持生产协调会并跟进相关措施. －Do related work of production planner in ERP / iScala system. 负责ERP / iScala系统要求生产计划员完成的相关工作. －Inform his/her supervisor about all important incidents in his/ her area of responsibility. 向他/她的上级报告自己职责范围内的重要事情。
－Ensure 100% delivery performance to customer 确保100%客户发货表现率
－Coordinate with related department for SOP,EOP and switch of new project. 和相关部门协调新项目开始，结束和转换
－Report and analyze of working lose hour due to DL reason. 由于物流原因生产工时损失的统计分析。
任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification

1、知识Knowledge 学历Education 大专以上学历 College degree or above 外语Language 良好的英语运用能力Good command in English 计算机Computer skill 熟练运用相关办公软件Microsoft Office

2、经验Experience

电气装配行业经验Electronic assembly 3-5 years experience in production planning 3-5年生产计划相关工作经验 跨文化工作经验Intercultural experience

Working experience in JVs or WOFE is preferred 有外企工作经验为佳
