Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improve the process in the manufacturing operation

Develop and manage the whole order-delivery process

Manage the production, purchasing, quality and logistics functions

Manage the production strictly follow the work order schedules set in ERP for on time delivery whilst meeting customer quality standards

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production efficiency reports which include the output and labor hours, machine utilization, reject rates, etc.

Cost management responsibility of the factory operations

Build a professional team in factory operation

Meet profit and loss, budget requirements and factory operation performance.

Conduct performance appraisal for team members.

Enforce a quality OTIF culture. Ensure production schedules are maintained through continuous monitoring and maintaining of production records.

Making the production more efficient and effective by getting employees to work smarter which includes:
1) Keeping working area clean and orderly, promote good work place through the introduction of 5S
3) Delivers practical, hands-on training to employees to eliminate waste in all production.
4) Create in employee competitive culture and cost consciousness

Responsible for health & safety in the production area

Daily operations planning

Resource management

Factory maintenance

Measurement and reporting

Business unit development as a member of the management team

Customer relationship building as a part of business unit development
