• Assist General Manager in routine tasks

• Organizing and coordinating office operations

• Varied clerical and administrative duties (including travel arrangements, meeting memos, presentation material, visa applications, maintaining customer database, special projects, travel claim review etc.)

• Internal communication and coordination

• Creating and developing reports required by General Manager

• Coordination of IT issues

• HR coordination

• Developing and maintaining HR process

• Responsible for developing and implementing company’s salary/bonus systems

• Responsible for developing the wellbeing of company staff/workers

• Responsible for following the related laws and regulations

• Filing and safekeeping documents related to HR issues

• Developing positive work atmosphere from own part

• Other tasks defined by General Manager

  Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience from similar tasks, min. 5 years’ work experience
2. Suitable business background
3. Fluent English skills
4. Independent working style and ability to take initiative
5. Minimum Bachelor’s degree
