Job Description:

1. Familiar with the horizontal machining centers. Detailed knowledge of the design for machining center and special machine with strong planning and organizational skills.

2. Good knowledge of the layout, BOM, manual, test report and operation introduction.

3. Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic system, cooling system and chip conveyor.

4. Check the designs and products of the suppliers’.

5. Technical support the manufacturing and producing.

6. Support PM for acceptance and after-sale.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering .

2. 3+ years’ industry automatic field in design experiences.

3. English in writing and speaking, fluent English is appreciated

4. Familiar with 2D/3D CAD program, SOLIDWORKS is preferred. Good computer skills, especial MS OFFICE.

岗位职责：

1，熟悉卧式加工中心结构和使用，能完成加工中心部件及机床非标附件设计，具有独立高效的设计及执行能力。

2，具有绘制布局图、零件BOM表的制作、装配指导书、测试报告及设备说明书的编写能力。

3，熟悉液压、气动、冷却排屑知识，独立设计气动系统，给冷却、液压设计提供方案。

4，审核供应商产品及设计。

5，为设备的制造、运行提供技术与测试支持。

6，辅助项目经理完成项目验收、售后服务等工作。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，机械、自动化等相关专业；

2.三年以上自动化行业经验，特别是汽车发动机行业相关机床、夹具、桁架，机器人自动上下料、组装专机等非标设计经验；

3.具备一定的英文读写能力，口语流利优先；

4.熟练掌握2D/3D CAD软件，熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件，SOLIDWORKS熟悉者优先。
