MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

l Coordination and translation of social media content, email, promotional content, and other marketing assets as needed in collaboration with both internal and external resources.

l Assist with brainstorming and development of social media marketing campaigns.

l Social media audience analysis & performance reporting

l Support paid marketing programs as needed, including paid social media advertising, paid search and influencer marketing.

l Manage email, promotions, site and social media calendars and communicate out appropriately.

l Manage coordination and creation of digital assets

l Assist in other Marketing-related projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

l At least 2 years’ experience in Social Media operations (client/agency side)

l Bachelor degree or above, ideally major in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or Literature;

l Passionate about social media and digital content marketing;

l A deep interest and good understanding for social media industry

l Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese;

l Detailed oriented and creative mindset

l Good team player. Agency experience is a plus;
