职位职责

1、跨行业职位寻访；

2、建立线上及线下人才搜寻渠道；

3、为客户交付候选人：甄选、有效沟通、推荐候选人、候选人面试安排、结果反馈、背景调查及后续跟踪服务；

4、完成日常的人才数据库录入与更新；

5、完成个人及团队业务指标。

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、1年以上猎头/寻访相关工作经验；

3、擅于深度或定向挖掘潜在人才；

4、抗压能力强；

5、良好的职业操守。
