Job summary:
The Supply Quality Leader is responsible for quality raw material from approved suppliers and resolve quality issues; new local suppliers sourcing and qualification; supplier quality management; and for future supplier consolidation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanic, Electronics or Engineering;
2. At least 7 years experience in SQE or relevant background; and at least 1 year in leader role.
3. Good knowledge of machining, metal stamping, electronic parts , etc.
4. Be very familiar with ISO9000 quality system , product audit, PQR, FMEA. Plus with internal auditor
5. Good command of written and spoken English
6. Good PC skill with Microsoft office
7. Good communication and problem solving skills.
8. Good team player, be able to work under heavy pressure.

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for new supplier development and evaluation;
2. Follow up the material issue and verify if the corrective action is put in place to fix the material issue

3. Work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and

requirements;
4. Participate in MRB and CAR for global supplier, perform monthly and yearly supplier performance audit.
5. Supplier management procedure regularly improvement.

6. Lead and develop supplier quality team.

7. Monitor supplier, implement APQP/PPAP/PQR etc.

8. Work with global supplier quality team to enhance the supplier quality related process.

9. NPI support

10. Involve IQC WI preparation

11. Coordinate supplier and company's sites based on quality

12. Supplier quality management & improvement

13. Support global quality on supplier approval & part approval process

14. other tasks assigned by manager
