· Develops and implements an effective sales plan and strategy with clear goals in order to meet and exceed revenue targets.

· Devises opening sales plan and strategy to support and ensure successfully opening of new naked Retreats.

· Provides positive and aggressive management to ensure maximum revenue potential, and leads the sales team to manage the daily sales activities. Regularly conducts the performance and productivity review with the sales team.

· Develops and drives sales penetration to new markets.

· Collaborates with marketing team to strengthen sales performance and maximize the revenue.

· Responsible for revenue performance and maximize profitability and conversant with channel/distribution management, using these tools to effectively support decision making.

· Defines revenue yielding and pricing strategy and drives the execution.

· Provides the leadership and lead the talent development program and successful planning within the organization.

Requirements：

· Over 10 years of sales management experience in hospitality industry with proven track record, preferably luxury hotel or resort experience.

· Strong leadership and able to lead and motivate the team.

· Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.

· Excellent business development capability and forward thinking.

· Good communication skills both in both English and Mandarin.
