ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are seeking applications from qualified candidates to join the Account Management team. Juwai.com Account Managers are the face of the company to our customers. You will actively manage the onboarding process, account set up, ongoing information provision, and establish a great rapour with your accounts. Ultimately, you are a responsible for the experience customers have using Juwai.com products and services.

Our customers are primarily English or Chinese speaking western companies, and we receive hundreds of new subscribers to our service each month from all over the world. Your role is to educate, assist with on boarding and upsell these customers with products and services which are suitable for their property.

This role requires an outstanding telephone manner and happy, engaging personalities.

Duties, subject to your experience, may include:
- Assistance with on boarding of customers
- Customer support services
- Setting up accounts
- Sales Support
- Call and emails to new members
- Cold calls to potential customers

Requirements:
- No previous work experience is necessary
- University Graduate
- Finished in the top 5% of your class
- Grade Point Average of 3.2 out of 4 or higher
- Self Starter
- Passionate
- Role Based in: Shanghai or Hong Kong
- Fluent in written spoken English
- Good computer skills (email, social media, web based applications)
