职位描述

Job Description Summary

? Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences.

? Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology.

? Participate in business process analysis/design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project. Understands how the JDA solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes.

? Develops functional specifications of sound design for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that achieve customers' business objectives.

? Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project.

? Develops and executes test scripts to ensure JDA software consistently meets the customer's business objectives. Provides non-technical support during the "go-live" period.

? Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.

? Recognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers / projects. Serves in a supporting functional role while attending and contributing to key meetings between the JDA project stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and corresponding leadership teams.

? Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team.

· Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements.

? Define category structure and roles

? Define category decision tree

? Define the process for the cataloging and discontinuation of products

? Define the plan of the categories (Price, offers and promotions, assortment, etc ...)

? Develop and define the sales plan and margin by categories

? Analyze the scorecard of the categories

? Understand the process of trading with suppliers (commercial agreements, discounts, prices, packaging, etc ...)

Required Skills

? At least 2 year of experience implementing, configuring and managing category management solutions in the following areas (at least one, desirable 2 or 3 areas)

? Produce optimized space aware assortments for individual stores, store cluster and channels

? Streamline the execution of top level category plans with proven planogramming capabilities

? Determine selling spaces effectiveness, maintain floorplan accuracy and increase store productivity

? Manage planograms, fixtures, floorplans, merchandise data, attributes and performance data

? Automate the high-volume production of optimized, store specific planograms

? Enable planogram creation, updates and analysis with integration to point of sales data

? Business level scripting tool which makes possible to automate day to day activities performed with space planning, floor planning and knowledge base

? Groups stores with similar category demand and sales into clusters

? 50%-60% travel time
