Responsibilities:

· Write machine learning and NLP server-side production code that integrate with our engineering systems and platform.

· Build machine learning models that can extract information from unstructured text, classification & categorization, clustering / de-duplication

· Build ranking algorithms for news articles, research reports, user rankings & quality, NLP text sentiment algorithms, and filtering / recommendation algorithms

· Develop internal analytics tools

Requirements:

· Thorough understanding of machine learning algorithms, such as Na？ve Bayes, Random Forests, and NLP

· Expert coding in programming languages, such as Python (SKLearn / SciPy / Numpy / Pandas), R, Scala

· Experience working with unstructured data

· BS or higher in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or quantitative field

· Communication skills in English

Bonus:

· Strong SQL / NoSQL and database design skills

· Experience with distributed processing tech (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Elasticsearch)

· AWS or cloud-based architecture experience

· Knowledge of web scraping
