岗位职责：

1.        根据客户需求组织内部创意、文案、设计资源形成创意和方案

2.        负责设计部的日常工作安排和相关制度的建立和监督执行

3.        协助客户部门完成新客户的开发和大客户的维护; 对设计部门进行结构优化和流程优化, 提升客户满意度

4.        提升公司整体运作效率, 按时保证创意部门项目出品质量, 满足或超出客户的需求

5.        完成从策略提案到实施的各个环节，负责创意部和其他部门的协调工作

6.        负责公司本身的品牌建设

 

任职要求：

1.        大学本科以上学历, 广告、美术设计、视觉设计等相关专业毕业优先考虑

2.        5年以上互动广告公司创意总监/经理工作经验

3.        具有丰富团队管理经验及个人领导魅力

4.        具较强的服务意识与责任感, 工作效率高; 组织协调能力突出, 富有团队合作精神, 能适应较大工作压力

5.        有良好的提案能力、具备整合广告战略能力及创造竞争力

6.        优秀的创意制订水平, 善于创新, 思维活跃, 沟通力强

7.        精于策略、长于创意、能带领创意团队完成工作任务
