职责描述：

- 参与公司项目支持，起草、审核、规范各类合同文本以及法律文书，维护合同模板、重要合同范例、核心条款等；

- 负责合同管理、台帐登记、合同履行跟进、归档等工作；

- 协助解答公司及各部门日常法律事务咨询；

- 完成其它工作任务。

任职要求：

- 法学相关专业重点本科及以上学历；

- 主观能动性强，逻辑清晰，擅长沟通与协调，书面表达能力较好，有较强的风险意识，具备良好的法律事务判断分析能力；

- 通过司法考试、2年左右律所或法务相关工作经验及熟悉智能物流领域业务操作模式者优先。
