1. Well known at customer expectation and appeal on variants of aspect, such as feature applications scenario, basic function needed, touch screen UI layout, switch map, control logic , frequency of manipulation, proper operation force, preferred position, etc
熟悉掌握客户对不同方案的期望及诉求，比如产品使用场景、需要的基本功能、UI界面、按键布局，显控逻辑、操作频次、合适的操作力、期望的位置等等
2. Define the User experience & Function book, include vehicle feature applications scenario , HMI requirement ,cluster and center screen human-computer interaction interface description , Electronic switch control logic and feedback, can also provide the design criteria or guideline to SMT for product development .
撰写用户体验场景和产品功能定义书，包括车辆及车载设备使用场景，人机交互需求，仪表和中控大屏UI显控界面功能描述，电子按键的操作逻辑和车辆反馈需求等，并能基于用户场景和功能定义明确设计规范，指导子系统进行技术方案开发。
3. With sense and experience on general specification of HVI components regarding operation force, preferred size, haptic etc. can do the HVI Benchmark analyze on competitors and set up own HVI target from accessibility/visibility/legibility/intelligible point of view, including preferred layout, logic, size, operation approach, etc
具备基于操作力、尺寸、触感等的人机部件规范的经验，能针对竞品车型的人机分析，并从可触及性、可视性、易辨识性、易理解等角度创建人机目标，包括期望的布局、逻辑、大小、可触及等等
4. Support to define logical map of system development from HVI perspective, e.g. To figure out how start-stop function system to be activated / deactivate in which driving case or condition.
协助从人机交互角度定义系统研发逻辑图，比如清晰定义启停系统在不同工况下的激活和停用逻辑。
5. Communicate within project team to convey information by clear presentation.
善于项目沟通，能清晰表达观点。
任职条件
4+ years in same position in established OEM or engineering company
4年及以上主机厂或设计公司同岗位的工作经验
Bachelor degree (or above) in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering
汽车或机械专业学士或以上学位
Familiar with HVI/HMI design tools
熟悉常见的HVI/HMI 设计工具
