1. 带领团队参与项目竞稿，对策略方向、文案调性、创意概念、平面表现有完整思考体系；

  

2. 严格按照公司出品要求，指导2D和3D的画面输出，对所有出品稿件进行监控管理；

  

3. 对材质有一定了解，保证设计到落地的一致性；

  

4. 具有良好的提案能力，并能在客户面前运用有技巧的演示技能展示创意设计；

  

5. 创意能力整体把控，负责收集同行业的营销动态；

  

6. 培训及指导团队人员成长，了解组内成员需求，具有一定的团队管理能力。

    

职位要求:

  

1. 5年以上广告公司创意部或公关公司活动策划创意管理经验；

  

2. 熟悉2D和3D等作图软件，至少其中有一样可以熟练操作使用；

  

3. 有线上线下、品牌推广、AI/VI设计等经验；

  

4. 熟悉舞台设计；

  

5. 对奢侈品、洋酒等有研究。
