1. Capture and analyze customer requirements with regards to technical aspects

收集，整理客户的技术需求。

1. Define System Requirements from the customer requirements

根据客户需求制定系统技术规范。

1. Technical window between Customer, Hella, Tier one supplierand Tiertwo supplier during the product development;

在产品研发过程中作为海拉和客户、一级、二级供应商的技术接口。

1. Coordinate the internal design to full fill the customer requirement;

协调内部研发以满足客户的需求。

1. On side technical support and problem solving.

客户现场的技术支持和问题解决。

1. Promote Hella product in China Market;

在中国市场推广海拉的产品。

1. Collect the Marketing information and looking for the opportunity;

收集市场的需求，并寻找好的机会。

1. Transfer know-how of new product from Hella headquarter to Hella Shanghai;

从海拉总部掌握产品核心技术，并转移到内部团队。

1. Other job assigned by Department Manager

部门经理安排的其他工作。

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic related field, HW background is preferred;

电子电气等专业本科或以上学历。硬件背景优先。

1. At least 2 years electronic design experience in automotive body electronic products, and familiar with Vehicle system architecture;

至少3年车身电子产品设计经验，并熟悉整车系统架构。

1. Involved in Review electronic circuit include schematic and analysis, calculation and simulation result;

参与审核电路原理图及电路分析,计算和仿真结果。

1. Involved in Review HW parts selection result in project;

参与审核项目硬件元器件选型结果。

1. Review HW related documents per hardware development process (like BOM, ciruit diagram, PCB layout, WCCPA, FMEA, simulation);

根据硬件开发流程，在不同的阶段审核相应的硬件文档（例如：BOM，电路图，PCB 设计，WCCPA， FMEA，仿真等）。

1. Comprehensive Knowledge for Vehicle body electronics.

全面的车身电子的知识。

1. Good in English using; good at communication and coordination skill;

很好的英语能力；很好的沟通和协调能力。

1. Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS);

优先考虑有需求管理软件(如DOORS)使用经验者。

1. Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred;

对V 型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑。

1. Familiar with office tool;

熟悉办公软件。

1. Open mind and team work spirit; Self-motivated.
