Responsibilities:

?Develop and execute China Corporate Social Responsibility strategy in line with global mission and China strategy as well as government top agenda.

?Initiate, implement and monitor efficient and creative CSR activities under the current China CSR strategy house to strengthen the key pillars (e.g. women, children)

?Work with different functional teams to expand employee volunteers and improve engagement

?Support the execution of global CSR projects in China, e.g. F2F, SDDDC

?Work with NGO partners and responsible for partner management

?Responsible for China CSR annual report and relevant video production

?Support various communication channels to tell good stories of China CSR, such as writing or reviewing messages and updates for the company’s intranet, social media platforms and CSR reporting

Requirements:

?Bachelor degree above

?At least 8 years’ experience in CSR with sizeable company or in project management with NGO

?Have great passion on CSR and poverty-relief

?Fluent in English, both in written and verbal form.

?Ability to handle multi-tasks and deal with people at all levels

?Strategic thinking; and think out of the box

?Excellent communication, planning and project management skills

?Ability to work independently with self-initiative and as part of a team

?Strong sense of responsibility and solution provider

?Work under pressure; frequent travel to rural areas
