This Position is for CNH China HQ & will be located in Pudong Waigaoqiao.

Be responsible for the recruitment activities of all level positions. This position is expected to provide general HR guidance and advice to our business partners in terms of recruitment activities & implement training and development programs for all team across China.

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:

· Be responsible for yearly recruitment activities;

· Review the hiring plan and requirements with departments timely;

· Prepare, post, update vacancies on intranet and internet, maintain the recruitment report;

· Handling new employee on-board process;

· Establish and maintain recruitment channels across China including headhunting, campus, intermediaries, job fairs and employee referrals.

· Supports line managers in conducting the induction and orientation programs for new hires

· Motivates, trains, coaches and develops team members for on-going performance improvement

· Supports the Training in the preparation of the training calendar & budget

· Tracks training records and feedback

· Undertakes projects in the area of training and development

· In charge of PLM related project

Job Requirements and qualifications:

· Bachelor degree or above

· Able to read, write and speak English fluently

· Strong influencing skills with ability to operate effectively

· Familiar with Chinese Labor Laws and Regulations

· Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill

· Ability to handle various tasks independently under pressure

· Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and efficient working style

· 8+ years HR experience in MNCs focusing on recruitment and staffing. Experience in recruiting executive and senior managers positions is required
