1.负责研究和实施有效的过程质量控制方法和手段；

2.负责质量数据收集、分析，制订持续改进计划，并负责改进计划的落实与验证；

3.作为客户质量问题应对的窗口人员，主导客户端的各类质量投诉，按照客户的要求及时关闭各类问题；

4.与客户建立良好的协作关系，不断提升客户的满意度；

5.负责召集相关的人员，对发生的质量问题进行分析、寻找根本原因，提出改进措施并监督执行（包括内外部的质量问题）；

6.指导线服人员快速响应客户反馈的质量问题，避免事态升级；

7.参与专用检具方案的讨论、检具的验收工作，负责检具使用培训及改进工作；

8.负责编制质量控制文件（如检验工艺卡、检验记录表等）并对相关人员实施培训；

9.负责不合格品的判断，参与对不合格品处置的评审；

10.按照APQP流程的要求，参与新产品的开发的相关工作、编制与质量部相关的PPAP文件（如检验报告、MSA报告等）；

11.参与质量部相关流程及表单的制订；

12.完成部门领导临时布置的任务。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历或初级职称；

2、技术质量工作三年以上；

3、对冲压、表面处理过程有一定的了解，熟悉五大工具；

4、具备测量数据分析和逻辑判断能力；

5、掌握办公软件和工程设计软件且有一定的选模能力。

    Shanghai Changkong Machinery Co., LTD (previously Shanghai typewriters Factory), is affliated to Shanghai Aviation Industry Group. Adjective to the renown ancient Nanxiang Town, Changkong occupies an area of 14,000 square meters. With a 30-year transition from military to civil production and state-owned enterprise transformation, it has an effective workteam composed ofsophisticated and innovative manpower. Shanghai Changkong has possessed various machines for prudcing middle and small autoparts and fine testing instrument.
