New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager is a core team member of New Product Development (NPD) project team, be responsible of coordinating multiple cross-functional team within operation environment (SATA and ATSD) including plant planning, production, process engineering, quality, procurement etc. to deliver operation deliverables towards NPD project team according to plan in order to achieve business target of ATG.

- Be a core team member of NPD project team representing operation function; be accountable for operation deliverables within NPD projects, reports into NPD project leader.

- Follow ATG NPD process to define and clarify the operation deliverable requirements with NPD project manager, be responsible of work breakdown structure (WBS) into work package or task level, draft the schedule in ops and get agreement with multiple ops functions.

- Track and monitor ops deliverables according to plan, communicate and/or escalade towards project team and stakeholders.

- Manage the risk within NPI, handle change control within ops.

- Be responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) of NPD project deliverables contributed by operation.

- Coordinate cross function team in ops such as planning, production, process engineering, quality, procurement etc. represent as single contact of window of ops towards NPD project team.

- Support NPD project leader on project level trade-off and de-risk.

Requirement

- Determination in decision making, flexibility and independence.

- Strong leadership with high influence skill.

- Excellent communication skill.

- Customer oriented a team player with pro-active and can-do attitude.

- Result driven and inclusive.

- Bachelor degree above in engineering or equivalent. PMP certification is a plus.

- 5 years+ hands-on operational experience of mechanical products.

- Deep understanding of functions within operation environment.

- NPI experience will be a plus.

- Experience working with remote and international team is a plus.

- Understanding of culture difference between eastern and western will be a plus.

- Fluent in both mandarin and English.

- Able to travel regularly both nationally as well as internationally
