职位描述
[主要职责]：
1. 负责实习生招聘：筛选简历，进行电话面试，并协助安排面试
2.支持社会招聘：协调候选人和面试官时间，面试接待，测试安排以及面试后续跟踪
3.协助HRBP工作
3. 招聘数据库的更新和维护
[任职要求]：
1. 大三、大四或研一、研二在校生
2. 认真负责，细心踏实；做事有条理、有效率；抗压性强，有multitasking能力
3. 通过英语六级，英语听说能力优秀
4. 每周至少实习3 天，至少持续3 个月职能类别： 人事助理
