工作职责:

? Accept and manage the customer orders through the ERP system

? Develop demand plan based on sales forecast, SOIP, SKUs inventory at DCs and supply ability to release SO to ERP system and monitor the SO fulfillment

? Coordinate the inbound & outbound logistics support for the entire business operations including e commerce

? Coordinate the solutions with all related functions to solve materials, capacity or technical issues that might affect the committed delivery date to customers

? Improve customers’ satisfaction by smooth communication and quick actions to customers

? Coordinate the launch of new product as scheduled

? Set up and maintain Item/Customer Master data in ERP system, ensure it running well

任职资格:

? College degree and above, Major in Engineering is preferred

? Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service area

? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

? Customer-focused, teamwork orientated, self-motivated & able to work independently

? Proficient in the use of MS applications

? Familiar with SAP
