Objective of Job：Supervise vehicle lab operations.

Brief Task Description：

1. Lead vehicle lab daily running.

2. Manage the lab testing operation team. Maximize the lab labour efficiency and testing facility utilization efficiency.

3. Keep track of latest powertrain lab testing standards and enhance lab testing capability to meet new testing requirements.

4. Support facility and instrumentation team to manage equipments, including calibration, preventive maintenance, repair, spare parts, etc.

5. Make sure the test results are accurate.

6. Develop test capability to meet test requirements from internal or external customer. Build new China 6 Vehicle Emission Lab.

7. Work closely with EHS team to run the lab safely.
