* Prepare payroll with accuracy and timeliness, including collecting payroll information,working with agent to handle social insurance and housing fund, IIT filling and payroll documentation
* Perform/coordinate routine C&B analysis and report HC etc.
* Participate annual salary survey and keep track of market C&B trends and practices
* Participate C&B program and provide required information and basic analysis based on business requests
* Support annual C&B projects, such as merit increase, budgeting etc
* Manage and annual review for benefits vendors, like insurance vendors, to continuously improve cost efficiency and service of the vendors
* Provide C&B consultant/training to employees
* Other tasks assign by Manager
职位要求：
* Bachelor degree or above with major in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is preferred
* Having 3-5 years C&B related experience in multinational company
* High integrity and sense of confidentiality
* Details orientated, patient and have strong ownership
* Good statistics/analytics background, ability to utilize Excel’s analytical functionality for data analytics and reporting
* Basic understanding of financial metrics Familiar with China Labor Law and regulations
* Fluent in both oral and written English，CET 6 is preferred
